Selous Game Reserve

An immense reserve spanning more than 50,000 square kilometres of grassland and floodplain, Selous (pronounced ‘seloo’) is a wilder, unspoilt safari experience in southern Tanzania. A handful of small, eco-friendly camps exist within the northern part of the reserve where fantastic game spotting opportunities abound from herds of elephant and prides of lion to packs of rare wild dog.
