    The family owned, 4+ star Blue Waters Resort & Spa is an elegant colonial-style resort within 17 acres of landscaped gardens and alongside two beautiful sand beaches on Soldier Bay. The hotel offers a variety of accommodation with rooms, suites, cottages and a unique villa house called the Rock Cottage, located within tropical gardens, facing the beach or on the hillside with balconies or terraces offering views of the grounds or out over the bay.     Blue Waters offers three restaurants with stunning settings in the main building, in the gardens and on the clifftop overlooking the ocean. Guests can look forward to a choice of international, Pan Asian cuisine and fine wines. There are also three bars located in the lobby, around the pool and on the beach.
