The resort is situated among sandy beaches lapped by turquoise waters, a lush rainforest, and a vibrant house reef teeming with wildlife. The hotel lies just off Kota Kinabalu, on the east side of Malaysian Borneo. A 25 minute road transfer from the airport takes guests to the jetty, where they will be taken on a 10 minute speedboat journey to the resort.
